At Travelpro®, we stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your luggage or travel gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 100 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Print Your Prepaid Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and securely tape the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
